The Zidals’ Subscription Contracts Services is an innovative legal subscription service for companies who may not have a legal department but want a contracts and commercial
lawyer by their side as and when required at reasonable fees. The program has 3 membership levels tailored to the services suitable for your organization.
How it works
As a member, you pay a recurring monthly fee that covers a suite of benefits that fits your
organization’s budget and day to day business needs.
Benefits include; a specified number of contract reviews, one to one consultations where you
can ask and receive responses to your contracts and legal enquiries and depending on
membership, exclusive access to an ever-expanding library of template contracts, guidance
notes, policies, forms, and FAQs.
When you need additional services as a member, you get access to purchase such services
from a reduced fixed fee schedule. No hourly billing is required. You know upfront what
every project will cost.
Our clients are not locked into a long-term contract. All we require is a minimum subscription
term of three (3) months, payable monthly.
Zidals’ Contracts Subscription Services are ideal for organizations that:
- sell products or services through contracts;
- have high volume throughput of contracts and their customers frequently require amendments;
- contract using complex agreements that require significant amendments:
- do not have an inhouse contracts or legal team;
- do not want to pay hourly rates of law firms; or
- need support in areas of law outside their skill set.
